The hotel made our perfect ski weekend even better. They upgraded our room to a one-bedroom suite. Reception was friendly and very helpful. Restaurant food (dinner and breakfast) was always great and staff were very warm (special mention to Mr. Balazs). Bar and afternoon tea were always great (special mention to Ms. Lena and Mr. Wojtek). Facilities were excellent: ski room, pool, very strong (and free!) wifi.
