the disponibility of the staff to help us that we were in serious difficulty because our flight was cancelled. very friendly and good value for money. It was perfect to stay there before leaving. Pices and serviss.Close to the airport and convenient. perfect location near the airport. free parking, free internet wifi. Internet for free. staying at the restaurant. The breakfast we bought was excellent. The food at the main resturant was excellent. We found it, but had to take a train and cab to get there. Not very close to airport.Possibility to pull the luggage instead of lift it above the steps. Difficult to have a smile from the staff specially in the dining room.No air conditioning and it was very warm. But we appreciated that the employee at the reception desk gave us a fan for the night.the hotel's recepsion is located in a different hotel, whose name is different. it is most uncomfortable. i arrived late with a baby, and looking for a hotel late at night, when the name does not feet the adress, was problematic. The lack of knowledge about area from staff on the hotel, poor directions, only one bathrobe to use (after getting soaked following bad directions from hotel staff) and no toiletries provided in hotel room (like hand lotion). I also didn't like that even though the train station was so close (a reason for choosing this hotel), you were only told that you could take a cab.loss of electricity for a few hours- in some rooms of the hotel- not surrounding buildings. room with "cheap" look. rush sounds from water tap. Internet was very slow, during weekend breakfast was only available in the Reinisch hotel, 300 meters away, and we had unfortunately noisy neighbours. The bar which is present is only open during breakfast, for a drink one also has to go 300 meters further. I could not find shops or restaurants in Mannswörth besides the hotels.The Hotel is not at the same building as the reception desk. If you put the hotel address into GPS, it may happen, that you will arrive to a different place (two streets of the same name exist in Vienna). watching TV has to be paid (other hotels that are cheaper offer this service for free/is included in the price of the room). Hard to find hotel, in reality other name as mentioned on website -hotel reibisch; biulding is in fact 250 m away from hotel. I have to change the roome due to the dirtness of first one!. One of the room was really smoky. Even if it was a non smoking room. The complaint the day after did not give any reduction. The hotel doors are unlocked and can be accessed by anyone, so security was an issue. Anyone off the street can enter the hotel which is unattended by staff. The hotel is a 5 mintue walk from where you check in so can be difficult if you have alot of luggage, The rooms are retro and old. There is nothing to do in terms of eating or shopping in the area around the hotel.A bit dated. The rooms had two single beds in the small room as well as the room was not in the main building but 150 yds. down the road.
