-the apartment (design) - friendliness - kitchen - Fast Internet connection. - steam sauna was broken all week - day and night you hear noise from railway and road - we had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, dishwasher-tablets, wifi code (one for each device). Was brought to us in former apartments during the weak ;) -There was no teapot, soap for washing hands - For those sensitive for it (not us): the house is situated almost underneath powerlines.
