  We really liked your hotel. Its location was particularly good as was the friendly service and assistance your staff provided. We had to leave very early on our departure and we were provided with a take away breakfast. The guests lounge was really comfortable and had good facilities for free coffe/tea/juce, etc. - The hotel is located within ea... what people say » sy walking distance of everything I wanted to see and do in Salzburg. The hotel's exterior doesn't give much indication of the elegant interior. The breakfast buffet is extensive and was included in the room rate.

The staff and particularly Mrs Frauenschuh were most courteous and helpful. - Very friendly and attentive service from a family run hotel. When wewent to use the sauna, robes and slippers were brought personally to us.

  The hotel is equipped with an elevator for convenience of baggage movement to the room. The connected guesthouse served an excellent dinner.   Self contained, private apartment in a residential block. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful - an unexpected flight change was accommodated without charge as was a variation of check-in time. They looked after our luggage prior to our flight home. It was good value, quite basic but comfortable accommodation which served a purpose. The r - The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown . Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues. They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

  We stayed in the two/three bed-roomed apartment. The apartment was well equipped for our needs and very well situated just across the river from the old town. The member of staff that greeted us on our arrival at 10.30 pm was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very roomy to the extent that there were a couple of rooms that we didn... what people say » 't even use. The apartment is open plan to a certain degree meaning that noise traveled. I say a certain degree as there were two levels to the apart - Stayed at the Apartments, single studio. Was spacious, convenient and overall a great experience; even had a bath and dishwasher! Hotel facilities include a free spa area with steambath / swimming pool / sauna that we liked alot; theres also a washmachine in the basement of apartments building thats free to use - bring your own detergent tho.
