The staff and particularly Mrs Frauenschuh were most courteous and helpful. - Very friendly and attentive service from a family run hotel. Even the billing was available in German and in English! I absolutely loved this place. - It was great!   From the time we arrived and stepped out of our car outside the hotel to the time we left, all hotel Sacher staff were extremely plesant. Our standard room we booked was like a mini-suite. Location was walking distance to everything. The hotel was so good, we stayed an extra night.
