Very close to the centre of Salzburg. Hostess was extremely helpful with directions and booking of tickets for a concert. Budget priced but good value for money.
Excellent location for the fabulous Red Bull Museum. Easy access to the city by bus and a local hostelry only 5 minutes walk away. all reviews
Ideal for everyone searching a value for money accommodation close to the Airport and Hangar 7.
Close to Hangar 7 ( walking distance ).
I had booked Double room for single use by mistake but the house owner made necessary arrangements. She was very friendly.
Location was nice as it was near the Airport and not far from super market or freeway.
The rooms were clean, tidy and warm. Location was good for the airport and the owner was very helpful.
Very friendly and welcoming land lady. The place was clearn. Its ok for
a night stop.
Good frequent transport links into city, quiet location.
It has a fair breakfast.
centralized location.
I liked the location, we did a lot of sightseeings. Not too far travel places.
Convenient stay as stopover on our way to Cratia.
very little.
nothing, it had A bed.
Not much, really ...
nothing.
We went on a recommendation from someone who had stayed there about 8 years ago and discovered that what was once in the 'country side' is now surrounded by industrial sights so views were not good but location to city was great.
N/A.
Poor breakfast. Also on 3rd night we was forced to go in another hotel, by the way that was the better one, but extra move was inconvenient.
The rooms were very small and not so much comfortable for a couple on honeymoon (at-least the one where we stayed)
Breakfast was very basic i.e. bread, milk etc. No fruits or other options for vegetarians.
Breakfast was very basic with no real choice (only toast with a variety of spreads was offered).
When you book on line read the small print, you have to pay when you get
there! The room for 4 is just one room with 4 beds in a line.
If this hotel gets busy, there might not be enough parking as the hotel
is at the end of a cul-de-sac, in my opinion, check if taking your car.
Hotel to please respond to e-mail notification of arrival!.
Haus Kernstock is not a Hotel at all, it has limited facilities and comfort, in some of the rooms you can almost touch the opposite walls while starching your arms. The staff are very rigid and low-spirited.
Well, the hostess didn't have us down for reservations. We had reservations for 2 nights and we could stay one night and stay somewhere else. The hostess didn't even help us to recommend to stay in another hotel.
Thanks to letsbookhotel.com to resolve our situation. We were able to stay there for two nights.
No possibility to pay other than cash.
The breakfast was minimal, the location very near the airport-so near the tower lights lit up the room and the noise was dreadful from the lorry park at the side. The rooms were rather tired and the ladylady although attentive uphelpful when the plumbing went horribly wrong.
landlady totally unsuited for the job. rough, gruff and rude. sheets like sandpaper. arrived at house at 9.05 P.M house in darkness and we were made to feel we were an inconvenience. in all honesty we could not recommend this accommodation.
Not a Hotel at all - and a landlady who would be at home in a
Blackpool B&B of the old style. No advice over where to eat, and a
breakfast overlooked by the owner who whipped away the tools etc
without even waiting to see if we had finished. The biggest
disappointment of our trip.
everything. lousy accommodation; lousy breakfast. not repeat not recommendable.
