There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 35 for the apartments (for stays of less than 4 nights). Please note the deposit has to be paid by bank transfer within 3 days after booking. You will receive detailed information from the hotel.

Information about the area

The apartments are located only 300 metres from Lake Wörther, offering ideal conditions for water sport fans. Enjoy a moonlit boat trip or visit the many charming towns scattered along the lakeshore. In winter, the next winter sport resort is only 30 km away. Guests can go skiing and tobogganing or simply enjoy the beauty of a winter wonderland.

All apartments and rooms are cleaned twice a week. Final cleaning (except kitchen & crockery in the apartments) is included in the room rates.

Travelling information

By car:
- Coming from the North (via Villach), Pörtschach or East Osten (Vienna,
Graz, Völkermarkt) drive in the direction of Klagenfurt
Wörthersee/Klagenfurt West.
- After the Falkenburg tunnel take exit Klagenfurt West.
- You will see the Klagenfurt Lido on the right hand side.
- Drive for 1.5 km direction of the city and take exit U Wien, Graz , then exit
Klagenfurt/Wörthersee.
- After the exit you will come to the Minimundus crossing with traffic lights.
- Cross Villacher Straße in the direction of SLO –Südumfahrung and follow
the LKW Route signs.

- Coming from the South drive in the direction of Maria Wörth.
- After passing Ferienpark Wörthersee follow the road for about 8 km along
the lake until you reach Reifnitz.
- In Reifnitz turn left opposite the water ski school onto Raunacherstraße.
- After 300 metres you will see Aparthotel Perdacher.
