  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help. The hotel is very well equiped all around the premises.   We arrived late in the night (2am) and the landlord arranged that we could enter. Hotel has excellent typical Austrian decoration and everything was very new. Very nice hotel and fine cuisine. Spa facilities are a nice surplus! - Good food on half board, friendly helpful staff, large room, quiet atmosphere, good bus links with rest of Zillertal.
