  Proximity to rail station (it was part of the station complex). Staff were helpful, bed was comfortable, Towels and bed linen were very good. Room was a good size with picture windows looking out towards the Alps. It is an easy walk into the old town and to the riverside. Breakfast at the Bergisel is a wonderful experience with 360 deg. pa... what people say » noramic views. Lots of eating places within and around the town with very friendly people. - Location,location,location. It's is a fantastic hotel if u r travelling alone or with a friend , as it is budget friendly, located just outside the train station,near the picturesque old town.however the rooms are a bit small to have an extra bed if u r travelling with kids.we had a good stay. Take the Innsbruck card while u r here, it helps.
