  The service was first class. The family could not have been nicer or more accomodating. The food was gourmet, the wait staff professional and humorous and the massage therapist was one of the best ever. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.   as per my comments to question 1. Please also note that at the end of this questionnaire you call me Joyce Hodson (Amsterdam) - it should be Joyce Hodson (United Kingdom) - Good hotel, not great. Value for money and overall service doesnt equal a 10. This is a solid 8 hotel at most. In Kirchberg you are limited on 8-10 hotels. Breakfast was ve... what people say » ry good.
