- Coming from the north, follow the A10 motorway until exit St. Michael.
- Continue in the direction of St. Michael and turn right after 3 km onto the
B99.
- Follow the road for approximately 6 km and then turn right at the
Katschberghöhe.
- After about 400 metres you will see the Falkensteiner Hotel Cristallo on
your left-hand-side.

- Coming from the south, follow the A10 motorway until exit Rennweg.
- Continue on the B99 and turn left after approximately 6 km on the
Katschberghöhe.
- After about 400 metres you will see the Falkensteiner Hotel Cristallo on
your left-hand-side.

By public transport:
- Spittal train station is 30 km from the hotel.
