Very nice woman, who waited for us until late in the night: there was even a bottle of wine on the kitchen table for us!
Splendid view on Austrian mountains, and very quiet and typical area. About 15 min walking to Kappl center by crossing little hamlets.
The flat is huge (especially the bedroom and the balcony), and very well equipped. It was also very clean, and towels were changed after 3 days.
Indoor parking lot (actually a huge garage!).
