  The studio was spacious, very bright and clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. No smoking in the hotel itself either and the lounge was very pleasant. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent.   Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Good location for access to the mountains. Good restaurants nearby, plus groceries and bakery within walking distance.   The location was very good for getting to Innsbruck. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel that took you into the centre. Quite a large comfortable, but basic room.   We stayed in the cabin shaped as a tree log, it was very cosy and cute. It was spacious, with 2 separate areas, one for sleeping, another for eating. It was November and it was cold, but the staff provided us with a heater so it wasn't cold inside.   Judy and Micheal made you feel at home with their warm and friendly approach to guests. The food was beautifully prepared and presented. The room was large and comfortable, with feather down doona and pillows. The bathroom had under floor heating, with a good shower. Loved the balcony and location - bus at the front door.
