  The owner, Otto, was a truly gracious and helpful host. He assisted us in renting bikes - he has 10 available right at the hotel - and pointing us in the right direction for the things we wanted to see. Also, free wi-fi and free use of a computer for the internet were nice touches (since I forgot to bring my a/c adapter for my laptop to charge it... what people say » ). - The welcome on arrival, attention to comfort and service while there, the information about the area, the food and the friendliness of all staff. A family atmosphere is coupled with professionalism.
