  The staff were competent as would be expected but their warmth and towards guests and their sense of pride in the hotel really stood out. The food was consistently excellent. The spa facilities were very welcome after skiing. The arrangement of skis (brought to and fetched from the hotel) with passes at the hotel was also convenient.

The hotel is slightly outside the village (2 minutes) on an efficient bus shuttle route, which was fine for us but may be an issue for others looking for a more lively atmosphere.
