Close to the center Shared bathroom was surprisingly clean (didn't even notice other guests using it or their "leftovers"). Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well maintained. And clean white towels are always a good sign. Quick check-in and check-out (if prepaid online) - we didn't see anyone from the stuff except the cleaning lady. all reviews » Modern, big and clean rooms, very comfortable. Also a great location, just around the corner from the train station and walking distance to the city centre. Despite building works on the street outside no disturbance to our stay. An original check-in system, which resulted in us not ever actually meeting any staff inperson. However everything was very clearly and easily communicated to us and upon phone contact staff were very helpful, willing to accomodate and friendly. It turned out hassel f. The staff came across genuinly caring and nice. This is a really cozy (and clean!) bed and breakfast. I did not expect this much concidering the low price. It's also really nicely located with walking distance to both train station and the city center. The location was central enough for walking around the old town and exploring the city and was also close to the main stations, so very convenient. The room was very comfortable and there was not much noise at night compared to other cities. Everything was really nice, both recepcionist/managers were really helpfull and nice. We had a small problem with the room, which was promptly solved by the owner despite late hour. Rooms are clean and spacious. Our room was facing the tram lines and there was some construction work from early in the morning (around 6 am). You can ask for a room overlooking at the back. No aircon. No fridge - not in the rooms, nor in the common area. Expensive for what you get. No breakfast at a B&B...really?. Awful wifi. Actually it does not work at all!. The light switch to the bathroom was in a strange place - but if this is the most negative thing I can think of, you can see, how positive the stay was. No towels were provided in the rooms so I had to find some myself. It's also a bit strange that this is called a Bed and Breakfast, since they don't serve any breakfast!!. You will need more parking space in the future. It would be better if the concierge's office were open a bit longer. Nothing. First two days I haven't seen the receptionist ... it was quite weird.... The hotel is situated in the street where all of the trams are passing by, that can be annoying!. During August 2013 a lot of construction works in the city and especially in the whole street where the hotel is located. Due to the construction works we couldn't use the private parking provided by the hotel, instead we parked just in the street behind the hotel. Another bad point is the breakfast. There is a drink machine to have a coffee or a tea. As for snack machine, less choice, mostly sweet bars and pies. No "ham and cheese" sandwiches. If you are with car...the parking is a problem. Only one TV channel in English. parking. The place is basically self-service and I got the code needed to get into the building by e-mail sent while already on the road. This needs more attention. Luckily I had their phone number, and the problem was solved immediately. It is not a big problem, but the reception is open till 15:30. After that, you will check in by yourself. No one told me that the parking space outside was very very strict , I had to pay 24 euro fine , if advised I would have runned to fill in parking parkmeter ; hard lesson that could have been avoided by simple warning from B&B. N/A. Smells on the corridors. A bit difficult way to enter the hotel and the room, there was not a sigh board. No breakfast, no staff to be seen. Shower room could be more cleaner. Also, there is no kitchen there, so you can't make coffee. There was a very loud family with children. We woke up at very early in the morning, however it was not our choice. you need to either change the name of your hostel or you need to provide a good breakfast:). There was no staff in this hotel, so it was impossible to ask anything or leave the luggage there on a day of departure whilst waiting for an evening train back home. Furthermore, a name of a hotel was misleading as breakfast was to be booked separately. Not in the very center of the town. Hard to understand how to use wi-fi. The wifi. You needed to log onto some service which required you to have a mobile, I didn't so couldn't. Also, no reception after 15:30,we arrived after that and found it tricky to check in-read your confirmation email for codes etc. kein raucher zimmer. shoulf get more tv channels. Wi-fi often disconnects, probably because of bad signal. There were no noises from other rooms, but closing and opening the doors by other guests was quite annoying and woke us up early in the morning. No soap at the bathroom,no hair-dryer,no carpet on the room floor. Well, could't use internet in our room,very poor wifi so be ready walk down to reception floor! Breakfast not included in price even it's in name B&B, all you get is 2€ discount from next door caffee&kitchen restaurant where one breakfast cost around 6€ after discount. Noisy, the tram lines pass right outside the window (better to ask for a room on the other side) + very thin walls. No staff preasent after 15:30. Not the nicest area at night time, if traveling alone better to arive at day time. The b&b concept. It's misleading. You pay for a room and you then pay extra for breakfast which sounds like you're getting something but you're not. The internet blocks any gay sites. As if all sites are port! Ridiculous. I had internet problems which took some days to sort out.
