The area is very nice, it deserves to be explored and discovered, the staff is helpfull and kind and the place has a nice garden and a good breakfast. Be advised that there are three-four buildings, and the reception is only in the restaurant building. The www.letsbookhotel.com website says the place is 17 kms from Hallstatt. IT IS NOT TRUE: the kilometers are at least 60, it takes one hour to go there from Filzmoos. Maybe 17kms is through the Dachstein mountains......Anyway, the place is fine but not for visiting Hallstatt.
