The hotel is located on a south-facing slope at the end of the Altenmarkt-Zauchensee valley, with a view of Lake Zauchensee and the surrounding slopes. The impressive natural landscape is the ideal setting for a variety of activities in summer as well as in winter.

65 kilometres of slopes in the Zauchensee/Flachauwinkl/Kleinarl area are waiting to be discovered by you. A wide range of perfectly groomed slopes, from easy to challenging, makes every skier’s heart beat faster.

Hotel Kälberloch was a perfect choise for our weekend ski-holiday. Hotel is new and rooms are in good condition. Ski slopes and lifts are just opposite the hotel and after the day in skiing it was nice to relax in hotels sauna complex. There are 4 different type of saunas, all new and clean. Hotel offers half-board (breakfast and dinner) and food was excellent. Spacious rooms, nice and friendly hotel staff.
