Judy and Micheal made you feel at home with their warm and friendly approach to guests. The food was beautifully prepared and presented. The room was large and comfortable, with feather down doona and pillows. The bathroom had under floor heating, with a good shower. Loved the balcony and location - bus at the front door. I spent 7nights in the 2 room apartment which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the station and about 5 mins through town to the cross country ski area. The ski bus is about 1 min from the hotel. Whilst there I had dinner 3 times and the food was great. Breakfast was the usual cereals, fruits, yoghurt, brea

visited the hotel with my wife and baby twins and we enjoyed every moment there!
The room was large, clean and renovated.
The staff was extremely helpful and got us two baby beds and two baby chairs for dinner and breakfast.
The wellness center is great and looks completely new.
The location is very central so we did not have to move the car even once during our stay.
Overall, it's a great hotel and great value for money. We will definitely come back soon!

Very cosy and clean, small family hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was excellent and adequate despite not offering that many choices. Sauna and pool area were very nice, a perfect place to relax after skiing. Also, a separate room for storing and drying skis and boots was useful. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and had enough clauset space for your clothes and gear.

Our hostess and manager at the hotel,Johanna, was amazing, nothing was to much trouble for her. She was friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us and helped us experience true Tirolian hospitality.
