Located just 20 minutes' drive from Inverloch and 30 minutes' drive from Leongatha, the house backs onto the dunes of the Cape Liptrap Coastal Park and the beaches of Venus Bay. The Doyles Road (Anderson Inlet) beach is just a few minutes drive away, which is a safer swimming option for children, and offers a designated dog off leash area all year round.
Summer Breeze features an open plan living/kitchen/dining area overlooking Cape Liptrap Coastal park. It offers reverse cycle air-conditioning, a wood combustion heater and double glazed windows to keep the temperature as desired.
The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, a 107cm satellite TV and Blu Ray player. There is a washing machine and towels and linen are provided. You can relax in the sunshine on the large open deck, or cook up a BBQ and utilise the covered outdoor area.
For fishing enthusiasts, there is a boat ramp with a jetty a 10-minute walk. The beach at Doyles Road offers inlet fishing or you can beach fish on any of the Venus Bay beaches. There is a tackle and bait shop located in the township. Tarwin Lower boasts several boardwalks along the picturesque Tarwin River with another boat ramp.
