  The staff were great, location was excellent and we were in unit 4 right near the pool, it was perfect. We had a wonderful time thank you so much. - Nice pool area. Large and tidy rooms-very modern. Super close to the beach.

  Price and location......even though we had a room overlooking the main road......it was noisy the first night but when we realised there were 2 doors it was fine after that - The location was really close to the beach, the staff were professional and friendly. The property looked very well kept, we enjoyed out stay.

  Concierge service. Particularly a gentleman named Alain who was always so hospitable, friendly and went out of his way to ensure everything was great for our stay. Enjoyed the valet service. I forgot my wallet with all my money and cards in it and it was found be Concierge exactly where I thought I left it. Wonderful service and great staff that go out of their way to e - The views from our room were fantastic especially with the rough weather. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in perth and we have been to a lot of the hotels in perth . Gym was good and great to have a laundry and not pay a fortune, also loved the bathroom which was a great size for 2 and lots of counter space and shower was great. Food was very good and continental breakfast was very good as was the price.good location for us good small bars and cafe's , great beach. Overall

  The lounge was great. My biggest "hate" of motels is the lack of creature comfortable seating, mainly to view TV. Table and chairs in the room, another plus. Reasonable view from balcony spoiled by construction site. - The room was serviced daily and the sheets crisp and clean. The location for us was perfect.   The staff were amazing, I work away and very often stay in high end hotels around Australia as I am in my early 20's I often get treated much differently but it was definitely not the case, there was a couple of noise complaints but the staff dealt with it in a very respectful manner. I thank you very much myself and friends had a great time and ... what people say » will definitely be recommended to friends and family - staff excellent, i emailed things i wanted to know when i arrived all was answered very happy. They smiled and felt good. close to shops / beach etc. if you have a car close to larger shopping centre 20 min from Fremantle/ Perth . Very happy with the location, whilst on the highway was still ok , i slept well traffic didnt affect me at all.

  I loved my stay at the IOH! I came from Tassie for specialist apptms in Perth and stayed for 5 nights. I was amazed at the gorgeous staff and service :) My room was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The food, what can I say? I was blown away at the amazing meals that I had through room service - everything was fresh deliciou... what people say » s and so very reasonably priced. Big thanks! - Comfortable beds & pillows. Clean linen & small balcony with ashtray supplied for smokers. Breakfast quite adequate & lady attending extremely friendly & helpful. Reception staff friendly & professional.
