The gardens were magnificent the rooms big and very posh - we were in the king suite! The staff, were ,as is usually the case your very best assetts Kims welcome and help at reception makes a very good first impression. we just couldn't fault the place with the tropical gardens and pool it felt like we were on and island.

Fabulous food at the lovely restaurant set amongst the magnificent tropical gardens overlooking pool. I loved the unit, it was well laid out, quiet and private. We also loved the pool. Staff were very friendly. Room was really nice. We got the jungle room. Lovely self-contained family room. Great location for a young family. Helpful staff, beautiful surroundings, good value, easy to find. Great facilities and location. Friendly and efficient staff. Ease at getting an earlier check-in. Very clean, tidy and quiet. Exellent accomadation Reception staf very help Good atmosphere. Bar/restaraunt/pool area. en-suite. Nice pool & bar. Bit noisy no soundproofing? But I am ancient and perhaps over sensitive ears!. the sand flies and mosquitoes to which I had an allergic reaction. But such is life in the tropics. I didn't realise it was so far from the main shopping centre of Townsville and without a car or taxi we were stuck. It would be great to have a shuttle. But that's such a small thing, really. We loved the place. As it was business trip we had a longer trip in to town thus I only gave a fair For location. staff were very good. Restaurant definitely needs improving, food is dated and not very tasty. Lounge in the room was to ridged to get comfortable with. No complaints at all. we were there for a 'wake'....very understaffed at night, no-one smiling the next day and not friendly. Not strong internet connection, but that is due to location in townsville behind mountain. Food was very expensive. Poor bar and restaruant service Food poor standard Rude bar staff. Cigarette butts around front of unit. rooms need updating. Spa room NOT worth the money.
