We had to change our arrangements from 4 people (equalling two bedrooms) to 3 people and one room and they were more than accommodating and did not charge us. We also left a day early and did not charge us any extra costs for cancelling without 24 hour notice. They were pleasantly nice to us. We wanted dessert just before the kitchen closed and the staff were more than happy to put our order through. Also when I mentioned it was for my wifes Birthday, they put a candle in it for us.
all reviews » It was a lovely room, young lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, and we got upgraded to honeymoon suite due to being overbooked or something, so it was even more great :). good sized rooms and the food at the restaurant was outstanding far better than you would expect at a motel restaurant Dining here is a must do when visiting south west rocks. we found it very conveniently close to golf course & club, walking distance to shops & beach great rooms & plenty of space outside rooms. loved our room (4) and its proximity to the pool and car park. The motel is conveniently located close to the shops, restaurants, beach and the club. I really only slept in the room. I was out with local friends during most of my stay. I had a comfortable bed and a good sleep. The hotel is really well located and just a 5 minute walk to the shops and beach. The rooms are a good size and very clean. Friendly Staff, Situated close to beach shops and Country Club. Clean, neat and tidy Motor Inn. We thought the room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable which was a nice change. Spacious, welcoming room with microwave and sink (no cooking). Underground parking. Good location freindly staff good meals at this time of year good value for money. it was modern clean, extra facilities. Over it was great. Location, the room size was good and had all we needed. No problems at all. Smoking tables outside room, a little noisy if guests are inconsiderate. Restaurant wasn't open 1st night, and closed to public on 3rd night. The neighbours heading off in a noisy at 0550hrs. not a compaint, but will need an upgrade soon. loved everything. Our booking was messed up we had booked two rooms and they only had us down for one. Booked a deluxe suite & a standard suite ended up with two standard suites. Which was fine at least we had two rooms but the staff were not particularly friendly or apologetic about the mix up with the booking. My husband rang you at approx. 7.30am on Wed 22nd May as he needed to urgently talk with me (& I had no mobile phone reception) and you advised him I had not booked into the Motel. NOT GOOD ENOUGH ROCKPOOL - in future get your facts correct. As a regular client I was appalled to hear of this disgusting situation happening. Nothing.
