An anniversary weekend away was made very special at this motel by Carol whose spontaneous help & co-operation enabled our daughter to supply us with Champagne & the most scrumptious cheese platter - all of which Carol had organised as a result of a phone call from our daughter - now that is customer service at the highest level! Thank you Carol so much. Chris & Dot. The staff there are so wonderful! They really pay attention to your individual needs and are so lovely to be around and do business with. 10/10 I will definitely go back. Plus it is not over priced and the accommodation is in these really cute little bungalows with your own parking, very comfortable bed and room with a large bathroom. Thank you, we had a great time there.
all reviews » The hotel is very good and have BBQ area inside the hotel yard. room is clean and comfortable. It pretty much in the middle of the peninsula about 5 mins walk to both side. very good view and really good environment and also offer breakfast a bit cost but it is really nice. The location was close to the shops and the beach. During April it was quiet and relaxing as there were not many people visiting the area. Overall it was a fantastic experience I would recommend to all. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Beds very comfortable and towels soft. The decor is fresh, clean and seaside themed. Really good base to relax and explore from. We loved it. A friend was married at the beach which was close. Apartment was lovely and staff were very friendly an helpful!! Definately recommend!!. Every thing, the lady who booked us in was so friendly. The rooms were great. We had three rooms, variety of ages. All were happy with the rooms. Easy to find , staff very friendly and welcoming . Rubbish bin in room was not empty on arrival and ther was no soap in bathroom to wash hands but we went to reception and they gave us some. Soap was not very nice and I had forgotten to pack some! Expected there to be something a little nicer in the bathroom for our use.Other facilities all good. No bath mat supplied. no sink in the kitchenette. Not applicable. No Foxtel (not enough channels). No pool. Television made loud buzzing noise when operating also not many channel selections. Slow drainage in bathroom. Nothing. $250 for one night, too expensive. Keen parking officers. Nothing. Floor tiles were freezing, even with the heater on, maybe need a carpet for the area near the bed during winter. The drinking cups.Mugs maybe. Compared to other places that we have stayed throughout a large part of regional Victoria in recent weeks the room only price was poor value. As there were limited options available in the area I presume this contributed to the situation. The window sills were covered with dust. For the type of accommodation supplied, the price was way too high. Very average. Bedroom wasnt made and cuttlery werent changed despite the daily room cleaning service. Way overpriced was a basic motel room nothing deluxe about it. Noisy people due to a wedding and motor bikes leaving at 02:00. Over priced. Totally overpriced & when the power went out - could not find a staff member to assist. there was sand in one of the single beds.
