  The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. The cleaning staff were equally helpful, making sure that we had everything that we would like to have. The... what people say » y made us feel very special and important. I loved the location, so close to our needs - shops, restaurants, market and local bus stops etc.. The pool - We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

  I love that the adult pool is separate from the main pool. It is such a great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating, polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel. Breakfast buffet is a very good way to start the day. I couldn't complain after ... what people say » my 4 days of total relaxation! - Practically everything but mainly the small things such as cool refresher towel at airport, welcome sparkling wine on arrival, L'Occitane bathroom products, having an adult pool, free airport transfers, free shuttle into town to name a few.   The never ending help from the staff over and above of their duties. The food was excellent and the service was excellent. Being pensioners the room we had was great as we did not have to walk far to the restaurant. - Great, cool room. Hotel set in green surroundings. In center of Kununurra.

  It was our last night stay in broome so we wanted somewhere comfortable and relaxing and that is what was delivered by our stay. Bedroom lovely I liked the lights controls was An added touch nice to have ground floor room near to pool front.   Everything worked well. The chair/sofa was comfortable and King size bed was good. The curtains actually kept the sun out in the morning! - The excellent restaurant and the friendliness of staff. Central location and great tourist information.
