  We booked in for Saturday 13 April 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed our brilliant one night stay. The whole experience was delightful and my mother visiting from New Zealand was genuinely excited about her new experience in Margaret River.   Simple, comfortable, has everything you need. Caters to a variety of groups (backpackers, families, older people, budget travellers, those who like their comfort). Wildlife wandered freely through the resort but boundaries to eating areas maintained. Everything close, nothing too over the top. The dolphin interaction took the needs of the animals ... what people say » into consideration. Good variety of activities on offer. Facilities for swimming and tennis, amongst others, provided. Small, well-equipped shop/mini- - The location is great. We stayed in the beach villas, with a balcony right on the beach... the only room type to book in my opinion (if you stay in the garden villas, other review comments apply about the "caravan park like setting"). But the beach villas were nice, dolphin viewing great - I wouldn't stay anywhere else (unless you have a very tight budget)

  This cottage was spacious, clean and so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage & it was a great base to go sightseeing or just to head to the beach or into Geraldton. The booklet with tourist information on what you could do in the area was fantastic & helped us to plan our trip & where to go for dinner etc.. Thoroughly... what people say » recommend a breakaway to this cottage - it did us all the world of good! - The guest house was located close to Marine Terrace and a number of restaurants. Jackie enabled us to gain access to the room prior to the normal check in time as we had driven from Perth to attend a family funeral. The guest house was lovely with its polished floor boards and decor. Although there was no reception access to the room was simple. Great value for money!!

  The facilities were very comfortable and clean.I liked the extra's provided such as books and games to use whilst staying there. The communal sitting room was both comfie and welcoming. There was a good choice of dishes and my broccoli/feta omlette was to die for! - Friendly owner, nice clean rooms with interesting décor for our room it was decorated with souvenirs from New Zealand. Very comfortable king sized bed. New bathroom. Pool available although it was a cool weekend so we did not take a dip. Nice communal living area and lovely breakfast room with nicely cooked omelettes as my choice for breakfast. Easy access to the airport and the country.
