  The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. The cleaning staff were equally helpful, making sure that we had everything that we would like to have. The... what people say » y made us feel very special and important. I loved the location, so close to our needs - shops, restaurants, market and local bus stops etc.. The pool - We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

  Excellent house, standard very close to the 5 star houses of Hilton chain. Extremely complete kitchen, barbecue, living room ultra-confortable, with fire place and air-conditioning, massage bath tub, rooms very comfortable, with modern design and top of the class equipment.   Great location, less than 5 minutes from lovely beach, and next door to Albany Golf Club - nice course and good value. The Beach House is family owned and run, and they were all really friendly and helpful with recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. Room very comfortable with a spa bath, and very good bed. Secure parking, free wifi,... what people say » and an excellent breakfast all made for a really good 3 day stay although when converting back to uk sterling, quite expensive!! Would stay again if - The owners were away, their parents were looking after the place. They were lovely, but looked a bit out of their depth at times! Breakfast was excellent, the room was spotless and it was very quiet. A vehicle is obviously a must have, but the location right by the beach is beautiful. A bit confusing when arriving as we were unaware that it is actually in a residential neighbourhood, a golf course community.
