  Everything worked well. The chair/sofa was comfortable and King size bed was good. The curtains actually kept the sun out in the morning! - The excellent restaurant and the friendliness of staff. Central location and great tourist information.

  The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. The cleaning staff were equally helpful, making sure that we had everything that we would like to have. The... what people say » y made us feel very special and important. I loved the location, so close to our needs - shops, restaurants, market and local bus stops etc.. The pool - We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

  It was our last night stay in broome so we wanted somewhere comfortable and relaxing and that is what was delivered by our stay. Bedroom lovely I liked the lights controls was An added touch nice to have ground floor room near to pool front. Pool was lovely ad very quiet resort away from hussle and bussle Staff seemed very friendly our stay was sh... what people say » ort but we would defienetly stay here again :-) - Room layout and location within a courtyard with splashpool was luxurious, comfortable and private. Staff were always friendly and willing to do whatever they could to help. Food -both in restaurant and room service was delicious and good value

  The never ending help from the staff over and above of their duties. The food was excellent and the service was excellent. Being pensioners the room we had was great as we did not have to walk far to the restaurant. - Great, cool room. Hotel set in green surroundings. In center of Kununurra.
