  Staff (owner) was amazing. There was a smell in iur room, we went down to tell her, immediately we were moved. She apologised that the new apartment wasn't as good (actually it was better) she was friendly and welcoming. She gave great advice if where to eat in town. Apartment had washer and dryer which was great. Excellent for travelling between Adelaide and Melbourne. Receptionist was particularly kind and helpful. Due to have a baby soon!!

  It's only 5 mins drive to 12 apostles, although it's the isolated hotel on an unpavedroad. It might be a little bit scared for the first sight. However, It's the only road I can see alive kangaroos and there's spectacular farm view and silver star river by the cottage and BBQ equipment. It's definitely wonderful memory in my life. I really look fo... what people say » rward the chance to stay there again. - Just the best hotel not only because it's five minutes away from 12 apostles but also for many other reasons. Friendly personnel, great nature, nice, tidy and spacey. Highly recommend. Small statue of Ned Kelly next to the entrance is cool. We enjoyed so much staying there.

  We stayed here previously in the original double, that room was, lets say, disappointing. YOU CANT judge this hotel on that room. We stayed in the Millswyn Double Room it was unbelievably fantastic, enjoyed it 10/10! The staff are fantastic, the awesome guy who checked me in, the same for the ladies who checked me out. Groovy hotel! Looking forwar... what people say » d to my June 2nd stay in the Mansion Suite Room. Thanks Albany! - The staff are friendly and helpful, giving me tips like how to get to airport by starbus which only cost $20/pax, internet is free while Crown Promenade hotel charged $25/day. I like the location, close to tram station and walk distance to Rod Laver Arena.. I love it! they gave me discount when I extended my stay 2 more nights. Highly recommended!

  A great place to stay. We were in Melbourne for the Wagner Ring Cycle. The location could not have been better nor the apartment more comfortable. - We loved how central we were and could walk both into the city or to Chapple Street for shopping and food.
