  The warmth and thoughtfulness of the staff, always ready to help you. The room was on the front, attractive, comfortable, airy and immaculately clean and maintained. The location in the Rocks is brilliant - step across the road and you're on Circular Quay. Sydney never disappoints and The Russell helped to make our stay memorable especially for m... what people say » y sister who was visiting for the first time. - It was just a 2 minute walk from the train stop that runs all the way from the airport in just 20 minutes. Very easy to access. Friendly staff. Very clean. We had a room with shared bathroom and it was very clean and big + for the Molton Brown schampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms :) The room very beautiful decorated. Old fashioned in a good way.
