  What a great find ...and lovely surprise !! The design and concept of this motel is quite stunning ...color and quality of the materials used ... Rooms were very comfortable very clean ...and the color scheme was carried out throughout linens and bath towels ....the Manager was most helpful and organized for us a visit at one of the opal mines on ... what people say » very short notice and dinner at Tom and Marys the local Greek restaurant ....Great food ! The Manager also prepared the best breakfast the next mornin - This motel was very clean and pleasant-feeling. Andrew, behind the front desk, was very courteous and pleasant to work with. After staying in a few "budget" motels during our drive around Australia, motels that left a lot to desire, this motel stood out as one I actually remember favorably. I would happily stay here again.

  Absolutely on the waterfront with pelicans, ducks landing just outside the window if you ask for a waterfront room. Good selection of local eateries and great places to visit nearby. - Amazing views and very comfortable bed. Retro 1960s decor. Quiet and peaceful.

  We arrived before normal check-in time.My partner was ill and they found us a superior unit that was vacant and charged as if we had book a less expensive unit. - didn't get to see much as it was a very quick business trip. but the availability of late bookin and a safe to collect keys is a fantastic idea!

  Richard was very welcoming and offered to make a booking at the local gourmet restaurant for us.He also offered to take us to the restaurant and pick us up (a staff member did this as he was unavailable)The facilities were modern and clean. - Really lovely studio, very nicely appointed. We had a studio with hot plates, a microwave & a reasona... what people say » bly equipped kitchenette. Not all the rooms have this, & I think others may also have an oven. The owners were also very welcoming.

  we stayed here for 2 nights the staff were very friendly and the room was clean and tidy we stayed in room 14 which was on the end the indoor pool and spa was great also was the indoor bbq / kitchen we could cook our meals in there close to the city centre and very close to a foodland would also be great for a family with kids and ... what people say » tina and david were very nice people nothing to much trouble for them - Nice spacious room with a comfortable bed, good TV and a reasonable sized fridge. The liquid soap dispensers at basin and shower were very handy. The heated spa and pool area is a nice place to hang out if the weather is bad. The free WiFi was very fast in our room, No.2.
