  We loved the hotel & the room. A special mention to the bedding it was so comfortable we had a good night sleep every night. The room was spacious and clean. The location right in the middle of the CBD. All in walkable distance. The service was prompt and efficient. A special Thank you to the The Manager Mr Nitin.   I especially liked the extra large size of the room. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The small smoking balcony was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. It was probably the best place I've enjoy... what people say » ed out of my last dozen or so trips. Thank you. - The proximity of the hotel in relation to the town centre and so on. I enjoyed the stay and the friendly nature of every single member of staff I met regardless of job title. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting and comfortable. I had the best nights sleep there I have had in a long long time. Very relaxed.

  We had a great stay, and were even upgraded for the two nights we were there, to the newer side - which had a great balcony right across the road from the bay, nice big room, really pleasant stay. The hotel is a hotspot in town, and the restaurant is very nice, right on the water (as is the hotel). The staff helped us make plans for tours, etc., a... what people say » nd we bothered them quite a bit :) but they were all very friendly! - We were given one of the newly redecorated rooms in the old part of the hotel and it was lovely. A beautiful view from the verandah and all the furnishings fresh and comfortable. With breakfast included we got a really good deal.

  Everything, the balcony room was excellent and the variety and standard of food was high class. To top it off when we were checking out Mark Ricciuto stopped and initiated a conversation with us asking how we enjoyed our stay and spoke with us about our trip for 5 or 10 minutes. That confirmed my opinion of him as a good bloke and topped the trip... what people say » off. we'll be back. - Excellent in all respects... First-rate meals in all 3 areas including very good value "specials" in the informal bar and restaurant... Consistently very pleasant young staff throughout... The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious.   Spacious, comfortable room, spa bath with big towels, private and quiet location, good restaurant, comfortable bed. All made our stay a most enjoyable one, and we would have stayed longer than the three days if we could. Beds were comfy. Enough pillows & towels. Toilet paper was decent. Bench space was excellent. It was quiet. The shower was AMAZING, I couldve stayed in there all day it was like having a massage. Finally the gardens were beautifully maintained, for any garden lover a real treat to wander through. If we are ever passing through this area we would not hesitate to stay at the Barn Accommodation.

  The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. Even though we had the same last name, she took that precaution and it was nice to know your staff take security - Great reception at the door by the valet who organized the car and complimentary park for our anniversary. Restaurant service was slow but staff did all they could with short numbers - meal was worth the waiting. Room was comfortable and spacious. I did complete your room evaluation sheet on departure and left it at the desk with your staff.

The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. The restaurant was first class - and even though I have a food ... what people say » intolerance issue the staff were sufficiently caring to ensure that I did not suffer any ill effects. - The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

  The cottages were very welcoming. They are located behind the private home in which the owners live, therefore we had immediate attention, including warm freshly made bread and an assortment of local food for breakfast and nibbles. The bottle of wine was an extra bonus. We took three cottages with two other couples and it worked beautifully for us... what people say » . During our weekend we were able to easily visit several wineries although there see - Extremely well appointed and comfortable cottage. Very warm welcome from Sandra who provided us with beautiful fresh produce,including freshly baked bread. Located just a few minutes drive away from Tanunda tucked away amongst vineyards. Enjoyed the sounds of kookaburras and other bird life. Highly recommend this accommodation.

  I loved everything about this place, the customer service was above and beyond. I woke up reception at 5 o'clock in the morning. Even though check in, is at 2. It cost me 15 dollars extra. But, I was checking in 9 hours early and woke up someone as well, it was worth it. I can't say enough positives about the customer service, everyone is so nice and helpful - The food at the hotel was excellent and good value for money.
