Russell the manager responded with a telephone call with 5 minutes of the booking to advise he would leave a key for us getting in at 10.30 pm..very good and friendly service. The staff member was very welcoming and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, the price was okay, the facilities were good. very clean room and helpful staff. friendly reception guy.
