  The lighthouse village was a fabulous place to stay. We stayed for three nights and loved it for the price. The cabin was spotless and actually contained more comforts than I was expecting, such as pillows and blankets. Very helpful with the blankets as the nights were cold. The beach (lighthouse) beach was literally only 5 minutes walk - it did take me slightly longer say ten minutes as I had my 4 yea - I like the self contained cabin, it was very comfortable and had everything you required - even a teapot!   We have stayed at Edgewater several times. The location is perfect. Cabins are always clean, tidy and we'll equipped. - We were just passing through & were in a tent. Edge water was a nice place to stop.

  I found it easy to sleep here because the rooms were clean and quiet. Not stingy with the milk (unlike most other motels) - ample fresh milk was provided in a jug for coffee and tea. - Good service, old style motel but clean and comfortable, set on a large block with bushland surroundings, quiet.
