  The lady at reception was very polite and professional. We would go there again. We arrived very late and were grateful that the man peered out his unit to direct us to a good parking spot as we had a high load and couldn't fit under the parking lot.   We loved everything. All staff members we met were so friendly and warm and helpful; the room and facilities were most comfortable and the spa was a godsend; the breakfast most generous and delicious and available early; the location perfect for walking into the central city area, and we loved the free, delicious, buttery biscuits on the reception... what people say » counter. A lovely touch. Thank you so much. - The setting of the hotel was good close to the water with an easy stroll into the town. Not having a lift was a drawback as with heavy cases a bit of a struggle up the stairs. We decided to pay for the buffet breakfast which was excellent with the food freshly cooked. On the whole at £74 the hotel was good value for money.
