I was there to relax after having surgery, we booked the place based on the price, my husband loved the pool just outside the room as I couldnt do much or walk far he made may trips down the steps and straight into the pool. the unit was lovely, set out well and very spacious - just what we needed. Reception we very lovely and welcoming when we arrived and each time we walked through the area they greeted us which doesnt happen at other hotels. loved that food places were a short wlak away and .

The staff were very welcoming, breakfast was superb. Decor beautiful in rooms & reception. Well maintained gardens & pool. Location was perfect for dining & shopping. From the moment we entered till we left we were made welcome & looked after. Highly recommend. The dual key design suited our group of one family and one couple. The combined rooms gave us plenty of room and kichen/bathroom/laundry facilities, while we as a couple could also enjoy our privacy. The carparking, grounds, pools and resort facilities were impressive. Friendly, helpful staff. Under cover secure parking. Private balconies. Room was amazing. The fact that we had all we needed, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc. The pool areas and beautiful surroundings. And because of all of this it made our stay so relaxing. Apartment was well set out and nicely furnished and equipped - perfect for families Gardens and pools were immaculate and looked far better than rival resorts we drove past. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back. Fabulous relaxed atmoshphere; staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and so so organised. We arrived after checkin and were called on our way up with arrangements made to collect our room key. It made everything so easy with a young family. It was very central to the activities we wanted to do. The 4 pools were great for our 2 young teens. It was nice and quiet and the surroundings were very relaxing. would definitely booked this place again and recommend to our friends. The overall outlook of the Resort was nice and tropical and well maintained. The pools were very clean and with a number of pools to pick aloud us to swim in an uncrowned area. The grounds are excellent and all facilities well maintained. The location, peaceful. The lovely tropical gardens and pool. The Fox Sport channel. Altogether a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. I liked how close the pool was to our room. this made it very easy with 2 young children to not have to walk so far with a lot of stuff. Beautiful,private excellent spa bath and service friendly.. Sauna and spa. Myself & husband have just spent a night at the South Pacific Spa Resort in Noosaville. It was just fabulous. Beautiful friendly staff on arrival & we immediately got upgraded to a superior suite over looking the pool, just magic. We indulged in a spa massage which was heavenly and the following morning enjoyed a gorgeous breakfast served by a very friendly warm staff member. Can't fault our experience & we looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you. carparks are a bit small for bigger cars. Not a single thing to complain about. Couldn't fault it. Contrary to the description, the bathroom in the apartment we were allocated didn't have a bath. Would be nice if the bar and restaurant could stay open a bit later for evening drinks (the bar closed at 4pm). Not a lot to say, except the car parking situation would of been a problem if we had had a bigger hire car than what we had. Both my wife and I got sick. This was put down to the dead cockroach which was found in the kettle on our final day. We were also disappointed with the non supervision of young screaming children running amuck. Especially in the swimming and spa areas. Rules are in place for everyone's safety and should be adhered too. These resorts are for all to enjoy not for uncontrolled children to run wild annoying other residents. My husband and I arrived at 2:30 pm and unfortunately had to wait until 3:30 pm for our room to be ready. This is one and half hours after the allowed booking in time !! We were offered a cup of tea whilst we waited,(which we accepted) but after a 7 hour drive, we didn't need the added time on top. We didn,t like leaving. It would have been helpful to have the South Pacific WIFI internet connection to be a secure site. The restaurant isnt open for dinner on weekend which meant both nights we had to go and find dinner. Quite disapointing for the price paid. We went out to look at some shops and got back just after 2 and found out that was it, no meals until breakfast the next day. our first room was above maintanance shed and a new house development beside the resort. This result in alot of noise on the first morning. We requested another room and the final room was lovely and peaceful thanks. We did look at another room but the main bed was not usable as the springs were shot. This did not ruin our stay and we will be back. Check in at the resort was time consuming and I was charged for using a credit card to make the booking, but I had actually used a debit card. I eventually persuaded the receptionist to give me a refund on the charge and the problem was resolved. Bathroom was showing its age a bit but this is a minor point. Poor TV set. Curtain white and thin, Sun in the bedroom at 6am. The sun didn't hit our balcony at all during any part of the day Basic tea & coffee has always been free wherever we have stayed but refills were at a price at this resort. the pool needed to be a little bit warmer. Very noisy neighbours, above. Very rude older female member of staff on Sunday 21st July 2013. No free Internet. I didn't know where to put our bags of rubbish. The dish washing detergent wasn't very good. Tv in in lounge was too small. Wanted corn cakes for breakfast but the hasn't been made yet. Had to order something else. The room could have been stocked with more than one towel per person. This is hard when you have long hair and wash it. If we didn't buy our own tea and cofee and milk we would have run out very quickly. Felt a little dark inside, need another thin inner curtain in bedroom for privacy so people can't see straight and let's light in. Only the stair but that is only because we have bad knees. Heated pool could have been warmer. Our stay at Sth Pacific was lovely. The only issue was the bathroom. I have had hip replacements and couldn't climb into the corner shower -(above the bath) we had to upgrade to a much larger 2 bedroom room - for a couple, with a walk-in shower and pay the difference. looking at the below photos - we weren't offered a different type of bahroom configuration, now I am a bit angry. It was very frustrating to have such poor mobile reception. Staff members implied that I must have a problem with my carrier but then I met someone who lived in that area who told me that that area was indeed a black hole. Also I was not told that the other key was to let myself out for my early morning walk. I felt imprisoned. Again, frustrating. Finding a dead cockroach in the toaster especially after knowing we had cooked toast the day before. That freaked my wife out but so did finding another one walking accross the floor. I guess that's Queensland. Superficially the unit was very clean BUT in between the leather lounge cushions it was filthy. They provide 1 towel per person and the units are not serviced. If you want a pool towel there is an extra charge. A bit mean spirited I thought. The uncomfortable beds. Narrow bay for car parking n no a/c in room. The /restaurant/bar closed for the day/night at 2pm and there were only 4 shuttle buses to Noosa Heads throughout the whole day/night. We could not get a drink from the bar, we couldn't get food at the restaurant, we couldn't call from our room as there was not phone. The a answer was NO to every simple request we made. We call this the NO resort . the man rebuilding the deck below my room. Cockroaches !!!!!. the room was kitchen and bathroom were quite tired looking. We paid 210 for a room for 1 night. Check in was 2pm... and check out 10am... you dont get enough time to enjoy the facilities. We got a short time after arrival to swim before it cooled down. Being charged extra for a refurbished room that appeared to be the unrefurbished room on the internet. I chose to stay because there was a restaurant for dinner. I was annoyed this was closed Noise from room above (kids running on floorboards) Sounds of workmen on our.
