The rooms were clean and well presented, we had a 3 bed and every room was perfect, quality at a good price, In a great area of Noosa close but not to close to all the shops and bars, right on the river for a peaceful r & R. We had a garden view with its own pool (not the one in the picture) and the use of a Gym, sauna and tennis court, It was a good resort, plus bbq units around the resort you could use.
all reviews » The facilities like GYM, Tennis court and Pool were great. We went in the of peak season so not sure how busy it gets for the size of the facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpfull always. Internal facilities like laundry, dryer, dish washer etc were all very good. The accommodation was very good indeed. Comfortable and secure! I couldn't answer the first two questions as my daughter and I were in Noosa to visit a seriously ill relative. We didn't make a couple in the categories given. We were not there for business or leisure. I liked the garden surroundings, pool and spa at the resort and proximity to so many great restaurants. Loved the shopping and markets. Staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. Also the weather was great. Great views. very clean and tidy plenty of room. handy to noosa hassting street. nice pool and surrounding gardens.only had a short stay in the off season nice and quiet. will take fishing rod next. We loved the private beach and the position, easy to either walk or drive to restaurants. Close to all water activities. The unit had everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal being about half way between Gympie Tce and Hastings Street. The unit was very well equipped with all essentials and comfortable. Good accommodation in a great location. The apartment was very big and had all you would need for an extended stay. The location was great, not far from shops and right next to the river. Position excellent.Clean. Comfortable.Good value for what you get.Well laid out floor plan.Staff friendly.Great views if in higher up units. The tennis court was lovely with lorikeets and blue faced honey eaters playing in the trees. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Lovely garden side apartment! On the brochure it shows a fantastic swimming pool with an amazin view, it offers pool view or garden view apartments, if you get garden you are not able to use the pool in the pic, garden view patrons have to use their own pool, which is great but not the view you get on the other complex, this should be pointed out and not left to be told you can't use this facility, when you get there, its the only issue I had. TV was small. Nothing really. We had no problem except for the dishwasher which we told Sue about!. The gym wasn't wonderful. Spa jets in main spa not working properly. very cheap and rough toilet paper. apart from those minor things very nice place. The internal bathroom, toilet and laundry rooms had a very noisy fan going 24/7 so we had to close all the doors into the bedroom to try and stifle the noise a bit. Fridge very noisy... just get a new one - easy fix....Air Conditioner rattled on high fan speed....needs a service !. The bathroom was quite small with no windows. The shower had no extractor fan nor did the internal lavatory. There was no hairdryer provided. Just a little far from the beach but is near the river. Can't think of anything!. Unit was a bit tired and in need of a make over. Taps a bit stiff and dripped, dinning room walls needed painting. 2 bedroom unit should also have 2 toilets. The cyclonic weather!!!!. Disappointed with the tv reception as it would stop working when signal strength was weak. The lack of linen in bathroom. Tennis court surface slippery. I complained about a noisy b/room fan and was told that there was nothing that could be done about it at that time. Oven was difficult to use as there was no instruction booklet. 1 ply toilet paper. None. Loud fellow guests. Cheap horrible toilet paper. No towel hangers in bathroom - even hand towel hanger was broken. It was awful when I asked for some toilet paper and staff told me I should bring it myself or it would have extra charge for me!!!.Just for 50c toilet paper!!! And I have heard the same for dish washer detergent!!! It was a shame for such a resort.
