Clean and comfortable and having wi fi was a big bonus we booked in via internet with A minimum of fuss, the motel sits back off the old Hume hwy so there was not too much noise we stayed tar poplars going up to qld and the on our return, the Chinese restaurant in Mittagong is an added bonus, simply delicious.
Our room was spotlessly clean and well organised. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries I had. We enjoyed our breakfast, scrambled eggs and toast. We were more than happy with our stay, and would definitely recommend the Motel to others.all reviews
Friendliness of owners and a willingness to please the customer, e.g we dropped our luggage off well before check-in and when we returned later in the day, luggage was already in our room.
The room was comfortabel, clean and quiet - we slept well and were able to keep up with the news tthrought the television, and my wife could do her emailing etc via wi fi.
Convenient location (on north side of Mittagong) for those travelling north to Sydney the next day. Clean and tidy rooms with good breakfast to start the day.
It was a lovely cosy motel room and even though near a busy road it was quiet and had lovely gardens.

We had some difficulties to find the motel which is about 4 km apart from the town center. A helpful cardriver helped us very kindly.

The address is incorrect on google and with council which made it hard to find.
Check in at reception was totally non professional. It took them three
tries to bill the correct amount. When I tried to talk to the owner
about a couple of small problems he was abusive and told me to find some
where else to stay if I was not happy. This I did. This person should
not be in the hospitality business.
Arriving tired and no dinner or breakfast facilities and having to travel so far to get something satisfactory.

In need of reservation. No Pay TV. If you just want to sleep it's OK. The breakfast was very poor. Cold, overcooked and greasy.
The price of the room at $ 120 was a bit heavy. The bedspreads were
faded and made the room look a bit shabby. The motel is 50 years old,
the hob in the shower makes it hard to get in and out of.
I would not recommend staying there again as I believe you could get better value.
