Warm welcome with good local information. Attractive grounds and well maintained spacious room. Free use of laundry facilities particularly helpful. Received a phone call after leaving a torch behind which demonstrated superior customer service plus invitation to join frequent traveller plan. Very friendly staff. The motel room was very clean and everything worked. There were no issues whatsoever. It was a very cosy and comfortable motel room and we would certainly return. A great place for overnight or a few days to a week or so. The perfect budget friendly place. Great stay.

Quiet. The double shower was great - hubby has to help me to shower sometimes. The spa was an excellent size. I could stretch out fully - I have a physical disability so that was great. :-). Hosts were very friendly and showed delight in seeing us arrive. A feeling of being expected and happy we arrived safely. Rooms were comfy, clean and well appoint with air con, tv etc. I liked the setup of the room there was ample room, in both the main bedroom an bathroom parking was accessible staff where very helpful and extremely polite. A great nights stay, clean room, great shower. Owners went to extra mile lending my husband some cufflinks for the function we were going to...thankyou!. Excellent friendly managers/owners, very helpful. Room facilities excellent, would highly recommend this motel and will definately return. The room I had was comfortable and quiet. A car is defintiely need. Nothing. Spa bath is showing it's age a bit. No dislikes. No hot water available in bathroom handbasin (we managed with the kettle), the shower was fine. room could have been bit better maintained & cleaners need more practice. Springs on bed mattress could be felt through the sheet. A fair way from town centre. Our room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced. The tissue box was empty and the toilet roll ran out. We tried to ring reception but there was no response so my husband walked outside and asked for clean towels and a roll of toilet paper. We were very dissappointed with the lack of service. Old time room design, large window onto walkway, either light or privacy!. Dirty room smoke butts left in ash tray from other guests no cold water in fridge both coffee cups had lipstick stains on them had to wash them before we used them . Needs a update bathroom tiles coming away from spa step this is dangerous !.
