  The Hotel is what is advertises to be, A budget hotel. it has all of the basics required to sleep in for the night. We were a family of 4 on a one night stop over. Family room was sufficient for our purpose (to sleep after 18 hour travel). Rooms were clean. Hot water & shower worked. Staff were good & helpful. Location right in the middle ... what people say » of town. Lots of places to eat, drink & shop. For the price, it was really good. - Price was fantastic.Considering this is a budget hotel, I was shocked that towels were changed on a daily basis, have stayed same amount of time at more expensive hotels & not had towels changed at all during stays. Staff were very friendly & very helpful. Fantastic place for the budget conscience with a fantastic location.

  Exactly what we needed, to stay overnight in transit between states with air fares. Close enough 2 airport & expect to pay aprox $30-$35 for a taxi.   Great location although currently there is construction going on across the road. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms and shared bathrooms were clean. The first room we stayed in was quite small and noisy as it was looking out to the construction site but we asked to change rooms and were moved to a bigger room at the back which was ... what people say » lovely. - It's very close to the city centre and the important tourist attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the flat screen tv was great. It was really worth the money and I think it will make a great place to stay if you will mostly be outside visiting Melbourne and just need to have a good shower and sleep!
