Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge and also a small tv in the bedroom, excellent well equipped kitchen facilities. We booked here to go to a cirque du soleil show which wasn't even a 10 min walk away and then we had dinner on the waterfront close to the hotel.

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again. We have stayed with you before the venue is perfect for us easy to get to the events we need to attend but also easy to get to airport too. Great eateries within walking distance good shopping across the road we really enjoyed our stay. It's the first time our friends have stayed there they enjoyed it too. I liked everything about the apartment from the view, the comfort, design of the apartment and proximity to all that Melbourne has to offer through the free shuttle buses and trams at the doorstep, the ambience of the area and the wonderful eateries along the quay. The location was great and it was wonderful waking up and overlooking the marina. It was an easy walk to restaurants, transport and shopping facilities. We found the staff excellent and helpful. Would bring our families back to stay in the apartment. Location with access to trams and Eithad Stadium excellent. View from room over the docks and to the city lights very relaxing. Very good access to restaurants offering a range of cuisine and well stocked minisupermarket. Apartment decor was lovely, stunning view, Andrew (staff on that day) was so very lovely, helpful and made us country people feel very looked after, he's a huge asset to your reception staff!. The view from our three bedrooms apartment was stunning! And the apartment was very comfortable to stay at. The location was pretty ok too, trams and buses to city just outside the building. The friendly staff who let me in my room early, much needed as I had done the midnight flight from Perth and had hockey finals to attend at 4pm - got a sleep. Thank you. The rooms are great. Located in an amazing are - beautiful views . Clean , neat , secure and well maintained. Whole area is very new - so you experience Melbourne's newest extention. The marina views and size of lounge area and balcony.. Spacious bedrooms.. Great looking apartment.. Were able to extend checkout by an hour or so for nothing.. We were there to see two shows and a concert it was very central to all the venues and the choice of places to eat all within walking distance was fantastic. Location. Staff. Will stay there again but request larger room with better view. Very quite with no outside noise. Bed very comfortable. Nice large shower. So comfortable .home away from home . Name change happend day before we arrived - so it was not the easiest to get to at night. The loudness of the heater, flat batteries in the foxtel remote, could not use radio as the antenna did not work very well, staff weren't bad but they weren't warm and welcoming in comparison to other hotels I have checked in to.. Was a bit disappointed with the view thought that we might get water view but instead we were opposite a construction site that blocked the view. It was very noisy on the Monday morning when the construction team turned up. Room was very small and very compacted (lounge, meals area, balcony) . Kitchen extra large. View from room overlooked new building. no dislikes at all. Interior a little scruffy. Chip marks on walls & furniture. was expensive. Took way too long to check in. Lot of people waiting and then the amount of paperwork to fill in and sign was more then ever encountered. More then one satchel of washing powder would be nice. Cannot find a negative. Elevators in the apartments are very slow and congested making check in and out difficult and slow. Parking is pretty expensive. TV needs to be properly tuned with FOX...very blurred and could not adjust. Door locking system is outdated; should be linked to the card (automated) and should also lock automatically on the way out rather than having to manually lock it with key. Small sized apartment - good for business stays and short trips. Bit of a lottery as to whether there is a view or not. Balcony is too small to use for relaxing. 1. Building noise and construction work. 2. Lack of coffee, sugar, & tea as we stayed for 3 days and only had those items for a day or so, pretty miserable I thought. 3. Could not get the DVD player etc to work, but TV was good. The only thing was that there was a horrible musty smell on the 17 th level corridor from the lift to our apartment. One of the children expressed it as a cat urine smell. If was rather unpleasant. Taking your own rubbish out. Little dog barking continuously in unit under us even though it says there is to be NO animals in the apartments. Had to keep asking reception for supplies for the unit. There was no information package in the room, neither tourist brochures nor appliance manuals. didnt want to leavr. Few tea bags in room and no Green Tea No package biscuit Should be informed that building site in operation over weekend commencing early and finishing 600pm. salt pool, chlorine much more hygenic. Poor Atmosphear of surrounding areas like a ghost town. One of the security keys didn't work and because we were there on a weekend we couldn't get it replaced, so we had to travel together or buzz to be admitted. Not enough coffee or tea & sugar for our short stay, just needed enough for an extra day, not the money but the inconvenience of having to go out and purchase more just for a couple of days. The building across the road, but that's not your fault. It is a shame the views have been overshadowed by multi story buildings. The hair dryer. could not get heating to work single beds too small no exhaust in toilet or bathrooms. Noise from Construction nearby. The bond requirement for an overnight stay. trying to find reception. The fact the bond was 400 and wss frozen on credit card for 5 business days.
