The lady at the front desk was very helpful as I told her about the old tired apartment I was in and showed her what was being advertised on the website I was then switched to a better one. Thanks to that you will be seeing me again :). Arrived later than expected, and had caravan, they owners were helpful and very accommodating, second stay at this tourist park would definitely recommend, clean facilities as well, close to eating places with short stroll.

I will be recomending it to my friends and family. Really good location if you're arriving after a long flight - close to airport but very quiet. Comfortable units and excellent value for money in over-priced Melbourne. Got our holiday off to a great start. I've seen flats that are smaller than this spacious apartment. Pity we only overnighted before leaving for the UK. Comprehensive kitchen. We'll be back for longer next time. Staff supportive and helpful. It was totally different from what was advertised on the website when I made the booking. I Was very disappointed as I chose this place because of the new and modern designs as seen in the pictures from the website. I would never have booked it otherwise. Nothing!. Only one negative - there was a light outside our studio that stayed on all night and our door had glass panels so we could not block the light out. But we were pleased to be able to sit outside our accommodation so the seat was a great idea. Flight time meant we couldn't stay longer. Stairs I would have prefer'd a cabin & a verander / balcony but that would have been my fault not knowing the differences betwen options @ the time of the booking. As I wanted a big bed but it was only me so I think I paid For 2 adults, not knowing. nothing. late notification to vacate cabin 83. I was notified on the day not previously. We found the light streaming through the door panels made it difficult to sleep when we were facing the door. The outside lights were on all night and we prefer a darkened room to sleep. The smokers next door that smoked every other minute! The smoke seeped through the windows and the doors!! Shouldn't really complain tho...it's an early coffin for them!. The accommodation was actually a cabin not a Villa though the cabin was spotless. Not terribly soundproof. An on site bar and possibly restaurant would be nice. No Smoke alarms (PS - is this legal?!), aircon lowest "heating" setting was way too hot, so we were either too hot or too cold. Would have been nice to have a grater, decent sharp knife etc in the kitchen. Bed was hard. A bit shabby-the cabin. Nothing. Perhaps earlier opening of office reception, and also the shuttell bus service late not showing up for my booked request but thank you for the manager taking me to the airport. Much appreciated. The room we stayed in wasn't as modern as the pictures on the website at the time of booking. I thought thats what we were getting, but we got an outdated cabin. The condition of the apartment we stayed, the carpet was sticky and the A/C was very noisy. Also the water pressure in the shower was very low. The images online were deceiving on the accommodation actually received. I felt the 'superior villa' was far from superior and turned out to be over priced for the facilities offered.
