I liked the fact that we had a sizeable suite (i.e. bedroom separate lounge & kitchen) for a similar price to what others were charging just for a motel room. It was close to the CBD, even though the road was reasonably quiet. Restaurant brekky very good and great value. Great location, great service, very clean rooms, gave them plenty of notice for a late checkout and early check in, and they honoured this. Great staff and always smiling. Very polite and made us feel very welcome. Bed was very comfortable, and amenities were excellent.

Good to see that you are also checking. Excellent location within walking distance of inner city Launceston for shopping, parks, restaurants. Spacious, modern, well-appointed and comfortable room. Staff were friendly In room dining options, while not cheap, were yummy The 2 bedroom suite we had was brilliantly laid out and very comfortable. Great service at reception. Restaurant on premises. Room service. Late checkout. Hotel staff is helpful and nice.....Overall is excellent.... Recommeded to stay!. The staff where helpful and friendly the rooms where adequate and comfortable. Rooms were comfortable and felt warm Friendly staff Close to Cataract Gorge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms wer spacious and clean. Modern, spacious and well appointed/equipped rooms. Central to town centre,. Comfort, location. Modern and clean. Everything. I didn't like the strange, strong 'pineapple' odour in the corridor of 2nd level near the Gym, nor the scraps of paper which were on the floor there for the whole 3 days. Fairly minor overall. Small fee for car parking, and the spaces were rather tight. Ok for a rental car, but a personal car is a bit "oh that's close" to the car next to you. Our key cards kept having issues House cleaning didn't come back later one day like we asked, which is not great with pooey nappies :/. Internet not free. The car park is very inadequate. The restaurant was slightly disappointing with regards to the food - lacked flavour. Difficult to find a parking spot on site. Car parks were very tight. Had to pay for parking, bed wasn't made one day, tea/coffee facilities weren't topped up. Car park have limited lots. Found the front desk staff had no ability to understand customer service or complaint management . second time you have lost my booking in three weeks. Wont be returning.
