It was lovely and fresh to walk into. Very clean and neat, it offered all that was needed for cooking as well as washing. The beds were very comfortable and the shower excellent. We were made most welcome.

Exactly what we required.
Beds were very comfortable.
I didn't like anything as we didn't end up staying there. No reception, buildings looked almost derelict, for sale sign on board. Finally worked out we needed to register at Bellevue where we were much happier to get a room. The staff at Bellevue were most accommodating.
The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable sagging terribly into the middle my back was very sore after the first night.
No play area outside for children.
the toilet in the bathroom is a little difficult with teenage boys.

Microwave did not work
Ceiling fan dirty.
Didn't like the small print that said reception was elsewhere - would have appreciated an email the week before to remind of that fact (it was months since booking online) I ythink these units should be removed from letsbookhotel.com.
