As a group of four mature women we were very impressed with the space and facilities in our 2 bedroom unit . We made good use of the kitchen facilities and the view from our 9th floor apartment was great both from inside and from our balcony. We also appreciated the pool facilities and the location to the business district of Ipswich. The staff were friendly and helpful with our requests. Would recommend and stay again.
all reviews » We were attending a family funeral and it was close to the church and restaurants. Secure, quite and very comfotable. Beds were great. Staff very friendly on each contact. Shower was really good and toiletries products were good quality and di the job well. Beautiful looking apartment . Everything you need in a apartment all kitchen wear and plently of essentials. Good pool nice and big and heated. Great access in city centre Close to everything Comfy bed very relaxing place . I like that the staff were prompt. And friendly and cooperative. We had a washing machine that didn't work and the staff were quick to find a solution by giving us another room to wash in. Excellent rooms. Staff were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Our request for a top level room was fulfilled and exceeded our expectations with the excellent view at night. Will definitely recommend to others. As we were a group of rural women it took a bit of adjusting to the noise of the railway yards and trains. just had a couple of maintanence item that needed attention. Plug to left lamp was falty, Coffee table side laminate was half off and caught on my husband leg and then it happened to me leaving a scratched on our legs. We end up pulling it off. Great that there was brooms etc, but no dust pan and brush to sweep up into. Miner things that are correctable. The shower was a problem to adjust took alot of time to get right. The spa outside was always cold. The apartment was nice and clean apart from a few little areas of missing paint chipped and little cracks in the glass window and a few marks on carpet easy to fix. Have to pay for wifi which is expensive but only can access from pool area not hotel . That the 2nd bedroom didnt have an aircon which meant that the door had to be left open to keep cool so the other couple didn't have the privacy they would of liked. Also the garden bed on the balancy had inappropriate rubbish in it. Beer bottles underwear. Condoms and wool. It would of been ideal if there was a variety of condiments. Meaning butter sachets and vegimite and jams. Using a key No Foxtel No proper signage for private parking as i parked in private and did not know,. Located right next to train lines the noise of the trains woke us up several times each night. noisy aircons esecially on the verandah as the unit blows hot air across the verandah. No sharp knife for cutting food or soup ladel for dishing up. No info in the room about what is in town or how to get there. I found the room not very well insulated from noise of people on other levels. Staff were quick in dealing with the noisy neighbours when made aware though. 2nd bedroom very stuffy and hot. Suggest ceiling fan or aircon unit in this room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and the 2nd bedroom had no air conditioner so my daughter slept in the lounge room. Had we known we would have just got a 1 bedroom apartment. No 24 hour reception. nothing. Unavailability of maintenance staff to repair facilities eg Air-con's. Noisy owners in next unit. Fixtures (taps) not maintained. The spa was not working and was cold. Not impressed. The rancid smell of cigarette smoke in the halls. Got upgraded and then they locked the extra room...what was the point of upgrading us?. Railway line running adjacent to the accommodation was noisy all night. -patio filthy -carpark was a nightmare to park and slow to get through gates -annoying that no front access to building and reception -view over train line awful and friends who booked much later than I, were put in a two bedroom apartment over looking a beautiful church and fields. no sense of hospitality reception office unwelcoming access to property awful rooms "spartan" poor quality cabinetry, finishes access to room 1308b not good poorly lit lifts... hard to read floor buttons.
