Usually when you stay at apartments the office is closed by 6pm and you have to open a safe, key in a code, etc to get directions to your room. However we arrived after 7pm & the office was open and the lady was very friendly and helpful. It makes it so much easier when you get to talk to a person to get & understand directions to your apartment.
