The refurbished apartment was perfect, views were amazing! Location is spot on very convenient. Enjoyed every aspect of our stay! Stayed there exactly 10 years ago and loved it just as much! The one bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The facilties and location were excellent,central to all of our needs with great ocean views and did not have to use the car.The staff were most pleasant and helpful, we will be back.

The location could not be beaten. The grounds were fabulous and clean. Our room was recently updated so modern and spacious. Best location in Surfers. Location of the hotel is very conveniant and close to centre area and shopping. I like the location and the sea view from the balcony it also very safety. Great views from the 29th floor. Great location near beach and shopping. Been their on a number of occasions. Location great. Facilities great. Central and convenient location. Helpful staff. Everything. The view was sensational Close to amenities. Location was central and met my needs. The bedding was clean and the towels were good quality. The apartment was spacious. The apartment came with free parking. The lift corridor outside the apartment was very stuffy and sometimes smelly from the rubbish room. The sliding doors did not seal properly and whistled on windy nights. Nothing at all, loved it all! Although, the staff could be a little more friendly and helpful as they appeared to be quite unhappy everytime we seen them. Nothing. Housekeeping is done only for my stay of 12 nights, which is a bit draw back. Heating (or lack of). Apartments starting to out date and are not so clean. No daily housekeeping to room. Nothing. The apartment is in need of some renovations. As in the beds are old and could of had a valance on it to hide the old stained mattress, the bed covers could be updated and the curtains looked like from the 1970's, My apartment was 2902 for memory, wasnt keen on the outdoor furniture as being older was very hard to get out of those small chairs. Apart from all those little details the view was the best I have ever had. The place was tired and was in need of a good paint and overhaul. The shower screen was mouldy. The bath had someone else's hair in it. There was a nightclub nearby - the music was very loud, very late.
