Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again one day we deserve it. I liked the fact that you noticed it was my birthday on my comments when
booking my stay. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one
bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband
wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check-
in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I
looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very
good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.
The service was excellent . My bf and I requested for new towels and
they provided us . As soon as we left the hotel and got back we got the
towels . We wished there were like tiny toothbrush or toothpaste since
we forgot to carry one it would be in handy , we had to buy one at 7
eleven which was just across the road . Service was excellent there were
many good restaurants too and an excellent massage too.
I enjoyed that everyone was very helpful and there was so much to do with out leaving the place. Our day of departure we were allowed not leave our bags at the resort even though we were leaving at around 3-4pm. We were given a key for the day so we still could use the amenities.
Room was very comfortable and our whole stay was very relaxing. Would stay again and again. Thankyou.
Good location with far reaching views from room on 5th floor. Well equipped room with balcony facing the ocean. All excellent. Underground car park with easy access lifts to room.Very good breakfast included with plenty of choice. Good service and friendly staff. Good base for access to beach and walks around headland.
Connected to Twin Towns services club, so very convenient for meals and entertainment. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Lots of shops in close walking distance. Great walks along the foreshore, surf beaches on your doorstep and the staff made us feel very welcome.
Great view from room 932. lovely modern decor/colour scheme. Lovely
bathroom including bath. Indoor pool, steam room and heated spa. Games
room. Easy access to twin towns. Free parking. Friendly staff. Free late
checkout till 11am. Free austar.
Rebecca at Reception needs a special mention.She did everything with a smile and was very professional and helpfull.We totally enjoyed our stay at your resort and give you a 10 out of 10. We will definitly come again.
It was great, buffet breakfast was really good. Beautiful view of the harbour, everything was in good walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly, the room was really good for the price. Perfect get away.
Great location, close to beach, restaurants, cafes. Good facilities like pool, gym, mini golf.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment which has plenty of room, full kitchen and good bathrooms and large verandah.
Overall very impressed with our short stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend including the buffet breakfast - delicious!.

The location, close to airport, lovely spacious rooms, nice friendly staff, parking, lots of facilities and restaurants etc nearby, lovely beach nearby, entertainment and just love the rooms.
The staff were excellent really helpful when my husband got sick we had
booked out but the sorted out another room even better and shifted all
our luggage while we were at the hospital .
The Resort is close to the main shopping and restaurant gub of Coolangatta. We had a room with
partial views of the ocean/beach which we loved. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Our package included breakfast which was a buffet, very yummy and great variety. Bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. Easy access to club. Overall a great stay.

I liked the closeness of the club, I have a walker and it was disabled
friendly, also the value for money and the food in Flames restaurant,
plus the entertainment at night.
The locality is great. It caters for every one's taste from small children to Senior Cit's. The rooms are quiet with full facilities and great views. We would visit again.
Great accomidation,friendly staff & plenty of places to dine without having to leave the complex.Pool & spa were great.Will be back in Feb & june 2014.
The room we had was a 2 bedroom suite so was great to have washing facilities and the space to relax after our flight was cancelled so it was a stressful day.
I like the position. Very close to everything. Love the walk to the
Club. Don't have to worry about crossing the road or crazy people on
the street.

Minimal hire charge for mini golf.
The air conditioner didn't work, so it was stuffy at night. The blinds in the kitchen were very dusty.
nothing rooms are a tiny bit dated but why complain for the price prefer shower not bath hard to get in and out.

I made a cancellation to our original booking which did not go through. We were first shown to a appartment which I did not book and I thought was quite dated with furniture but still comfortable for the price. On asking about the buffet breakfast I thought was in the deal, we found out about the mix up of bookings. It was sorted by the staff and we got the better room.
Had some noisy people in next room. Came back at 11.30pm and were on balcony making a lot of noise. Sounded like young men. Perhaps older people could be given rooms not next to younger generation.
I would have prefered a king size bed instead of a Queen, as I am a
restless sleeper, and it would give us more room.
Can't think of anything really. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay. And
it was our 18th year Wedding Annivesary Present from both of us. We
loved it. We are thinking of coming back soon.
the shower was small, considering the size of the bathroom, the window between the bathroom & the bedroom - I don't need to see my partner go to the toilet.

Needs better instructions in lifts on how to work controls, easy when you have mastered them.

really expensive. Cost is Aus50 dollars from Surfers to the hotel.

One day we did not get our room cleaned, and when we complained we just got a shrug of the shoulders and "sorry" not really good enough.
No service to your room unless you stay over 8 nights-no vaccuum in apartment.How do u clean carpet then???? Lifts can be very busy especially if an event is on .
