It was quite good than i thought. at first, it was comfortable and was close to city and beach. but the most important thing is kindness of the owner. we had some problem. it was kind of our personal problem. however the owner did his best regardless of it. anyway this hotel was the best in my life!.

Proximity to Surfers Paradise.
Traffic in Surfers due to light rail and marathon. Had to allow an hour to get to Southport, which would normally take 10-15 minutes.
Having to climb so many stairs,especially with your luggage. Lack of storage space in apartment. Apartments not very well maintained: eg Worn carpets,kitchen cupboards coming apart. Stove elements not working.Sliding door locks not very secure. I couldn't lock the deadbolt from the outside of the main room entrance.
Dodgy tiny tv, shower.
The room had lots of broken things, no soap, no dish was liquid, dishes were dirty, room was dirty, service was shocking, rude , and had to pay a bond higher than the price of the room.....
The beds were appalling!The worst in all my travels.APPALLING!The place smelt of tuna,the sheets and bedding also.We left early despite no refund.My back is still aching four days later!My daughter slept on the couch.
