All apartments are fully equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. There are spacious living areas featuring seating and a cable TV. The tour desk offers information on local attractions and bookings of scenic Hinterland and adventure tours. Guests are welcome to self-cater or visit the many restaurants and cafes within 10 minutes’ walking distance.

I enjoyed the stay at your apartments. I would like to comment on the security personnel named Dion Hughes. He was very helpful and courteous. He helped to give directions on where to move around. We did like the pools and sauna and the place is close to the beach. It is in walking distance to the Skypoint observation deck and some restaurants.The staff were friendly and helpful.

We liked the location as we walked into Surfers and walked to Broadbeach and if we wanted to take the bus it was within walking distance of the Hotel. We had ocean and highrise views. Biarritz Apartments, were clean and comfortable. Great indoor/outdoor pools. My kids love them. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay there again. Excellent staff family friendly,spacious clean rooms awsome view.quiet location however only minutes to restaurants night life shopping. Facilities available for use. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Apartment layout, well designed and comfortable. Indoor pool and table tennis. Clean sheets, comfy bed, nice ocean views. Basically most of it (as budget). There is after hours facillity. Very close to the beach. Could just walk to it. Unfortunately the view of the beach was impeded by tall trees, we were also initially placed on the ground floor of a 24 story building, and had little view - disappointing. We were moved however to the fifth floor after complaining. The units are not sound-proofed against external noise as much as we would have liked - there was a bit of road noise and from birds in the morning. The only thing that I missed was that there were no face washers only 1 hand towel did not understand this and no egg flipper, only minor thin. T.V in bedroom was fuzzy so we could not watch it. nothing it was fabulous!!would recommened this place to everyone. a little run-down (tired), however that may be reflected in the price which was reasonable. There was broken glass shards scattered on the balcony. Only one carpark space for 3 bed apartment. No dislikes. n/a. 2 x ceiling fans not working. , however only spring time so not really needed No bar or small snacks readily a available only vending machines However would still boo again when I visit. Internet wi-fi on offer was not communicated well and very poor value for $ Room layout was not what we requested apparently due to a busy weekend even though we booked well in advance. There was not a thing I did not like. I wish I could have stayed another week. Pools were a bit too cold. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. everything was very good. No 24 desk. Ensuite shower. Nothing. was on a low floor so didn't get a beach view. Dirty blankets & rug, no videos for hire, no foxtel access. Large trailer of another guest in our parking bay upon arrival; rang reception & was advised to "move it to another bay". Location too far away for walk to Broadbeach or Surfers with a young child & no morning coffee outlet nearby. The cleaniness of the apartment can be improved; whole apartment was quite dusty and smell awkward when we went in. 1) Bedsheets are dirty 2) BAD ADVERTISING - PROVIDED WRONG INFORMATION ON WEBSITE IN letsbookhotel.com - WE ARE TOLD THAT WE'RE GETTING QUEEN BED BUT WE'RE GIVEN DOUBLE BED 3). Very old apartments. Rooms have no AC. Just a fan and mine wasn't working the night I arrived. They knew abt it but didn't tell us and weren't even apologetic. Next day was given a table fan. Lights weren't working for a couple of hrs after chking in. Needed repair. Long walk to broadbeach 15-20m and surfers paradise 30m. Better to have a car.
